I am actually astounded to hear that Andhra Pradesh Government is actually planning to set up quota for "lower caste" Muslims, solely because of the fact that they are minorities! i mean, what are these secular parties planning to do? It is so blatantly obvious that this is little more than election gimmick, but more than so it is absolutely unconstitutional, have we forgotten the Preamble to The Constitution of India!?
We are a Secular people, we do not discriminate on the basis of caste, creed, color, religion, sex or race.
The irony is this is the descendants of the same government which in fact had created and passed the Constitution and they are using it as if it is just an old set of rules theirs to frolic with...even our most imminent Prime Minister himself have said that the national Treasury is first and foremost for the minorities!
I just ask one question, who ,made him an IRS Officer, in the first place? with this kind of analytical capacity? and I don't even ask about his becoming the Prime Minister(everyone knows who made it happen and whose "lap dog" he is!)
Mr. Prime Minister, sir, One request, just don't consider the terrorists and fundamentalists to be minorities in India one of these days, and open the national Treasuries to them!

Opening...
Greetings Everybody or should I say Most Respectfully Sheweth...
No that's to address a court of law, I can't be that formal in here!
This is my third and(conceivably) last blog but in no way is it the least! I like to hone my analysing skills and legal know how as well as clear my thoughts out through this blog and in return if you are patient enough to go through my ramblings, you might be able to find something which is actually pretty helpful for your use! I plan to post a constant trickle of law oriented articles and would like to use this platform to let my expressions out regarding the social issues, giving their legal justifications....(at least this way I would be prompted to read the newspaper thoroughly every day!). Now I only plan this although I am not certain and neither am I confident that I would be regularly be able to publish something or the other.....
but as you know... abusus non tollit usum, and if doing some worthless articles makes me look stupid I would definitely take the chance rather than keeping mumb
So here goes! Only remember one thing here "Allegatio contra factum non est admittenda ." is NOT the Rule we follow!!!
